Slow traffic on Highway 50 in Sac after tractor

Traffic is slowed on Highway 50 in Sacramento on Tuesday morning after a tractor-trailer caught fire in the area, according to the fire department.

The fire happened on eastbound Highway 50 at 34th Street.

Officials said the tractor-trailer was hauling two monster trucks. The driver was able to release the tractor from the trailer before it caught fire, officials said.

No injuries were reported in connection with the crash.
